How To Pay

When ordering online you can pay via card using our Stripe payment service provider.
Account customers please make contact with us and we will process your order requirements as normal.

Artwork

All products have an artwork template you can download so that you can create your artwork to the correct dimensions. We require a high resolution PDF with bleed and registration marks as per the specifications in the template.

How Do I Find What I Want

Just type what you are looking for in the main home page search bar. Alternatively use the drop down menus to look at product categories. If you cannot find what you are looking for, drop us a line and we will find a product and price for you. 

Delivery

We will endeavour to delivery your order on time but we cannot be held responsible for third party courier delays.

All our prices include delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Returns

All our products are customised to you and therefore bespoke.
If there are problems with an items of hardware for instance on exhibition stand backdrops etc then there is a guarantee against manufacturing faults for the framework.

Refunds for printed items are issued at our discretion. We take full responsibility for any production errors or quality issues on our part and will work quickly to rectify them. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds for bespoke items due to a change of mind or subjective preferences regarding colour.

Design Service

If you don't have someone to create the artwork for your product just shout. Send us rough design brief and we can give you a price to create the artwork your looking for.
